- Binding Agreement.
1.1) In order to access SPMFokus.my, you must be a Malaysian citizen and require to fill in the registration form.
1.2) The terms and conditions (“Terms”) of use are described in this page whereby you (“You” or “Student” or “Parent”) are subjected to registration or signing-up for an account or profile with SPMFokus.my. You are advised to read through the Terms carefully as your rights and liabilities could be affected. Should you not agree with the Terms, please do not register or use SPMFokus.my website, or services. If you need clarification of the Terms, please contact us.
1.3) The Terms govern your use of the SPMFokus.my website. A binding contract between you and SPMFokus.my established by the terms listed on this page. You accept and are bound by these terms when you use SPMFokus.my and/or sign up.

8.4) All users also undertake to refrain from:

(xvi) posting or submitting any content, profile, or account that is defamatory or fake, libellous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threat, intimidation, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, racist, menacing, likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, or anxiety to any person, including links to pornographic, indecent, sexually explicit material of any kind, political or religious views, or any negative content that SPMFokus.my may consider offensive.
- Using SPMFokus.my materials.
9.1) By this agreement, SPMFokus.my gives you the limited, terminable, and non-exclusive right to use the website for your own personal use only, with the goal of paying for lessons and obtaining course materials.
9.2) You will be asked to create an account and supply some details, such as a working email address and phone number (contact number), when you join up or register on the SPMFokus.my website .

9.8) You also understand, accept, and consent that you have no claim to ownership over your account and that all of the data in your profile will be removed from SPMFokus.my‘s databases in the event that your account is terminated or canceled. - Terms and Termination
10.1 If you use the SPMFokus.my website or services, these terms will be fully applicable.
10.2 Should you violate any of these Terms, SPMFokus.my retains the right to take all necessary legal action, including but not limited to removing your User Content from the SPMFokus.my website and terminating your registration, user account, and/or access to any of SPMFokus.my ‘s services.
10.3 Even if you stop using the SPMFokus.my website , the terms and conditions are still applicable and in force.

By making a payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree that your payment transaction may be processed by Billplz in accordance with its applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies. SPMFokus.my does not directly collect or store your complete payment card or banking credentials. Payment processing is handled through Billplz payment gateway.
15.Reimbursement / Refunds
15.1 SPMFokus.my will have the last say on any payment refunds.
16. Applicable Law
16.1 The laws of Malaysia will apply to these terms.
16.2 We’ll work to find a prompt and effective solution to any conflict. If you wish to file a lawsuit because you are unhappy with how we handle disagreements, you must do it within Malaysia.
